Manhattan Loft Gardens is MLC’s most groundbreaking project yet. An extraordinary double-cantilevered tower of expansive living spaces, three sky gardens, two restaurants and a design hotel.

Superbly situated between the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Stratford International Station, Manhattan Loft Gardens will shape the next generation of loft-living surrounded by some of the most iconic cultural institutions in the country – from the V&A and Saddler’s Wells to UCL and London College of Fashion.

Designed by SOM, the world-renowned high-rise architects, the tower’s unique structure is propelled by a vision of social potency – embracing green space and fresh air to foster a dynamic community of residents and hotel guests.

London’s historic garden squares have been reimagined for the 21st century and carved into the form of the building at 95, 280 and 400 feet – delivering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. A triple-height lobby acts as the social hub, featuring a restaurant, bar and open piazza leading out to Stratford International. Custom-made facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, spa and cinema.

The 146-room design hotel occupies the first seven storeys followed by a fluid composition of 248 single and double-height loft apartments stretching to the 42nd floor. Individually designed by Parisian duo, Studio KO, each living space is beautifully proportioned and immaculately finished to common values of clarity, beauty and comfort.

Clad in a serrated façade of terracotta and glass, Manhattan Loft Gardens is an extraordinary feat of imagination, architecture and engineering. Europe’s most ambitious residential tower right in the heart of the East End’s new cultural capital.
